We deliver our pieces anywhere in Arizona. Delivery fees are based on driving miles from Show Low and reflect how heavy or delicate each piece is to handle.

How do I check availability for my event date?

Add your favorite pieces to the cart, choose your event date, and the availability checker will show live stock in real time. Popular weekends book out months ahead, so reserve as soon as you have your date and venue.

How do I reserve the pieces I want?

Once you have selected your pieces and event date, check out with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your date is held the moment the deposit clears. You can add multiple pieces to one cart.

What is the rental agreement?

Every reservation includes a digital rental agreement covering care, damage, substitutions, and delivery terms. You review and e-sign it at checkout before the final balance is charged.

When is the balance due?

The remaining 50% balance is automatically charged 14 days before your event, along with the signed rental agreement on file.

Can I add more pieces after I reserve?

Yes, as long as the additional items are still available for your event date. Email info@borrowbloom.net and we will update your reservation and send a revised invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 90 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Outside 90 days, deposits may be applied toward a future date within one year, subject to availability.

Do you offer setup, styling, or teardown?

Not at this time — we drop off and pick up. Your venue team or planner handles arrangement on-site.

Can I pick pieces up myself?

No. All rentals are delivery only so each piece is transported and handled correctly.

What if something gets damaged?

Normal wear is expected. Damage or loss beyond ordinary use is billed at the replacement value stated in the rental agreement.
